SLD-DY-03 UV irradiation crosslinking cable material is made by adding crosslinking agent in polyethylene resin and extruding granulation by twin-screw extruder with high aspect ratio. This product uses polyethylene resin in the melting state of transparent characteristics, in heating extrusion with ultraviolet light to irradiate the material, so as to trigger the cross-linked photosensitized agent to form free radicals and promote polyethylene to produce macromolecular free radicals, free radicals between the bond cooperation to form polyethylene crosslinked insulating materials.
