Two, characteristics and uses
This series of products not only have excellent low smoke halogen-free flame retardant performance, but also excellent extrusion processing performance. Can be in the ordinary PVC extruder extrusion processing, only the cooling device is normal, extrusion processing speed can be accelerated. The product is suitable for high flame-retardant requirements, small secondary harm occasions such as: subway, ships, power stations, high-rise buildings, program control exchange room, computer room and a variety of densely populated public places. Suitable for cable and core working temperature 90℃ low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable sheath. This product is guaranteed to pass all kinds of beam combustion test and light transmittance test.

Three, extrusion process
If the aluminum-plastic composite inner bag is moisture-proof failure, it should be dried before use. The drying temperature should be 65℃, the time should be at least 2 hours, and the hot material should enter the extruder. Available L/D18-25 extruder extrusion, screw compression ratio is low, the output is larger. Each area of the extruder shall have cooling control system, and the melting temperature shall not exceed 170℃. Because the difference between the actual melt temperature and the temperature indicator value varies with the type of extruder, each user should choose the appropriate temperature according to the specific situation of the extruder used.

Iv. Packaging, transportation and storage
Packing: The net weight of each bag is 25kg or 1000kg, the inner bag of aluminum-plastic composite vacuum moisture-proof, the outer packing is made of kraft paper composite bag or woven bag.
Transportation: The cable material should not be subjected to the sun and rain in the transportation process, and should be handled lightly in the handling process.
Storage: Should be stored in clean, cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, cable material shelf life is three months.
