I. Features and uses

New requirements are put forward for the stability of the volume resistivity of flame retardant polyethylene sheathing material. 35KV and below medium voltage from the raw material selection of cable design, because the flame retardant PVC cable material environmental protection, mechanical properties, electrical properties compared to the flame retardant PE cable material is much worse, general customers from the bidding began to require the use of flame retardant polyethylene sheath material. Therefore, the use of flame retardant polyethylene sheath material increases year by year.
Our company recently developed medium density HZPE cable sheathing by adding flame retardant, modifier, carbon black, antioxidant and other additives, after mixing, plasticizing, granulation and flame-retardant polyethylene sheathing. This kind of material has good physical and mechanical properties, electrical properties and excellent extrusion processing properties.
2. Packaging, transportation and storage
Packing: Each bag weighs 25KG or 1000KG net. Aluminum-plastic composite vacuum moisture-proof inner bag, kraft paper composite bag or woven bag for outer packaging.
Storage: Should be stored in clean, cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, cable material shelf life is three months
Transportation: cable materials should be protected from the sun and rain during transportation, and should be handled lightly during handling.
